IWAC 2023 Exhibitor Information

How to Become an Exhibitor:

All sponsorship purchases or donations of $150 or more qualify you for an exhibit table at IWAC 2023’s conference exhibit center. If you are interested in redeeming this offer, please indicate so on the “Company Information” page of your Marketplace purchase.


What’s Included:

Each exhibit table, approximately 8-feet long, includes two personnel passes that will allow access to the exhibit center as well as conference sessions, two chairs and a table linen. Trash cans will be available throughout the exhibit center for your convenience. 

Exhibitors who wish to have additional tables or personnel passes may indicate so on the “Company Information” page of their marketplace purchase. There is a limited number of tables available, and they will be given out on a first-come, first-served basis. Each company can request up to two additional tables and personnel passes. Representatives will be given access to the conference hotel block for lodging accommodations. 


Meal Tickets:

Exhibitors who wish to purchase meal tickets for the conference-provided meals may do so. Meals include three breakfasts, two lunches, two snack breaks, and one dinner. There will also be an option for the celebratory dinner/dance event to be held the second night of the conference. Those who do not wish to purchase meal tickets will be responsible for their own food accommodations. More information about the purchase of meal tickets will be provided in November 2022.


Shipping:

Companies and presses may ship their exhibit items to Madren Conference Center up to three days prior to the conference. Madren Center will also hold the items for three days following the event, but any items that need to be mailed back will need to have the return labels affixed to the boxes before company representatives depart the conference. Madren Conference Center staff are not responsible for shipping costs. 

We encourage you to consider donating your exhibit items to the conference to be given away as raffle prizes throughout the conference. If you are interested in donating, please email iwac2023@gmail.com

IWAC 2023’s organizers and Madren Conference Center are not responsible for lost or damaged property. Any valuable items should be taken with you at the end of each day to prevent theft. All items left in the exhibit center are your responsibility.

Information on specific times of the exhibit center will be provided closer to the conference.


Discount Codes and Attendee Incentives:

Companies and presses who are interested in providing discount codes to attendees can contact us at iwac2023@gmail.com to be mentioned in the conference program. Conference organizers will provide incentives for attendees to visit the exhibit center including but not limited to games, raffles and gift card prizes. If your company is interested in a specific incentive, you may email us to discuss opportunities.
